our services
Our Church services are organized timely by gathering to worship God together through prayer, singing, Scripture, preaching, and fellowship. We are weekly (often on Sundays) and Bible study (often on Fridays), baptism and occasionally (like weddings or funerals), or special services focused on particular needs or seasons.
Our church service (or worship service) is a formal, communal time of Christian worship, usually held in a church or other meeting place. The focus is honoring, praising, and glorifying God as believers come together in Jesus’ name.
Mostly in our church services, as traditional we usually include: Prayer, congregational singing or hymns, and reading from the Bible. A sermon or message explaining Scripture and applying it to life. Then, we give the opportunities for response such as communion, offering, or altar/prayer time, depending on the moment. Special services like evangelistic meetings, healing services, seasonal services (Christmas, Easter), or revival services.
Why We Love
WTL Christians, we are a family called to love one another with the same self-giving love Jesus has shown us. This love is meant to be the clear mark that we belong to Him.
How do we love each other?
– We show this love by bearing with one another, forgiving each other, and putting on compassion, kindness, humility, and patience.
– Love moves us to meet needs, encourage holiness, and give ourselves for one another’s good, not seeking our own interests.
Why this love matters to us?
– When the church loves this way, the world sees a living witness of Jesus and recognizes His disciples.
– Our mutual love reflects the heart of God and turns the church from a mere gathering into a true spiritual family in Christ.
